State Advocate Girt serves at the State Chairman for the Ohio State Council “Matching Funds” Campaign, which raises funds from council donations for Ohio’s six dioceses’ Religious Education Departments.  Matching Funds, which include a $25,000 matching grant from the Ohio State Council Charity Foundation, are used to purchase video, DVDs, and audiotapes on Catholic education.
